Broadway Rush Intel ("we," "our," or "the site") is a free community tool hosted at dsbuddy.github.io. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Rush Report Submissions (Voluntary)

When you submit a rush report via the Submit page, we collect the information you provide: show name, date, arrival time, position in line, outcome, and any optional notes. We do not collect your name, email, or any identifying information with submissions.

Feedback Submissions (Voluntary)

When you submit feedback, we collect the category and message text you provide. No identifying information is required or collected.

Cookies and Advertising

Essential Cookies

We use localStorage to save your theme preference (light/dark mode). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

Analytics Cookies

Rush report data is retained indefinitely as part of our public dataset. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months). Feedback submissions are retained until addressed and then deleted.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is generally no personal data to request, modify, or delete. If you believe we hold data that identifies you and wish to have it removed, please contact us via the Feedback page.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data to this site, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
