Search up Telecharge lottery, make an account with the official website, then click on the button that says enter the lottery. It opens at midnight EST the day before the performance and closes at 10

The box office opens at 10am (later on Sundays. Usually 11 or 12) but many people will line up a couple hours beforehand

I was able to get rush seats showing up at 9:40am on Friday. I wouldn’t go that late (I was flying in so I got there as soon as I could) but it’s very possible to get rush tickets nowadays.
